• Use the Platform for fraudulent or harmful activities

2. Eligibility

Our courses and services are intended for individuals 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

• Access to courses is granted only after successful enrollment and payment (where applicable).

• Course access is for personal use only and is non-transferable.

• TT Accountancy reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course content at any time.

4. Fees and Payments

• All course fees are clearly displayed on the Platform.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

• TT Accountancy does not store your full payment card details.

• Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect already purchased courses.

5. Certificates

• Course completion certificates are issued only after meeting the stated completion requirements.

• Certificates represent course completion, not official CIMA examination results or CIMA membership.

• TT Accountancy certificates do not replace certifications issued by CIMA or other professional bodies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, and assessments, is the intellectual property of TT Accountancy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

Our courses are designed to support learning and exam preparation; however:

• We do not guarantee exam success or specific results.

• CIMA examination outcomes are solely determined by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

All content is provided on an “as-is” basis for educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TT Accountancy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, income, or exam opportunities

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to These Terms

TT Accountancy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
